Vascura Pain and Vein PA is a medical practice led by Dr. Glenn Babus, located in Lodi, New Jersey. We provide pain management and vein treatment services to patients throughout Bergen County, Passaic County, and Northern New Jersey.   • Consent Checkbox: Your acknowledgment that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the consent clause displayed on the form at the time of submission.

  • Website Analytics & Improvement: To understand how visitors use our Website, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the user experience using anonymized analytics data.

  • Advertising & Retargeting: To show relevant advertisements to users who have previously visited our Website, using Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms. This is done through tracking pixels placed on our Website (see Section 5 — Cookies and Tracking).

4. How We Store Your Information — Go High Level CRM

Important: Vascura Pain and Vein PA stores contact and communication data in Go High Level, a HIPAA-compliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Go High Level has signed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with our practice, as required under HIPAA for any vendor handling information related to healthcare services. Data stored in Go High Level is encrypted at rest and in transit.

The information collected through our appointment request form — your name, phone, email, and reason for visit — is stored in Go High Level for the purposes of appointment management, communication, and marketing as described in this Policy. 

Important distinction: The information collected through this Website is pre-clinical contact information and is not the same as protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Your clinical health records, diagnoses, treatment notes, and billing information are maintained separately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive at your first visit. 

We retain your information in our CRM for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8 — Your Rights and Choices).

Where required by HIPAA, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vascura Pain and Vein PA, our patients, or the public.
